Dr. Cassandra Arthur, DHA is the Founder and CEO of All About YOU! LLC, a professional consulting, training, and educational services organization focused on healthcare leadership, workforce development, employee engagement, and organizational excellence.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning healthcare administration, behavioral health, psychology, education, leadership development, and workforce engagement, Dr. Arthur brings a people-centered and results-driven approach to organizational development. Her work is grounded in the understanding that organizational performance is directly influenced by leadership effectiveness, workforce culture, communication, employee engagement, and the ability to develop and retain talented people.

Dr. Arthur’s areas of expertise include healthcare leadership development, workforce engagement, employee retention, workplace culture, leadership communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, workforce development, and professional development. Through consulting, training, education, and speaking engagements, she helps organizations identify workforce challenges, strengthen leadership capacity, improve employee experiences, and build healthier, more effective workplace environments.

Throughout her career, Dr. Arthur has developed and facilitated educational and professional development programs addressing communication, workplace performance, leadership, emotional intelligence, anger management, parenting, adulting, and adolescent success. This combination of organizational and behavioral expertise allows her to approach workforce challenges from both a strategic organizational perspective and a human perspective.

Dr. Arthur earned her Doctorate in Healthcare Administration (DHA), a terminal professional degree focused on healthcare leadership, administration, organizational performance, and the complex challenges facing today’s healthcare organizations. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy (Summa Cum Laude), a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude), and an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice (Summa Cum Laude). She is a Certified Anger Management Specialist-I (CAMS-I) and has completed Advanced Leadership and Executive Leadership programs through the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
