Cassandra Arthur, MA, MFT, CAMS-1

Cassandra Arthur is the Founder and CEO of All About YOU! LLC, a professional consulting, training, and educational services organization dedicated to helping individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations achieve meaningful growth and lasting success.

With a unique background spanning behavioral health, education, leadership development, and workforce engagement, Cassandra brings a practical and people-centered approach to professional development and organizational excellence. Her work focuses on strengthening leadership effectiveness, improving communication, enhancing employee engagement, developing emotional intelligence, and fostering healthier workplace cultures.

Throughout her career, Cassandra has developed and facilitated a variety of psychoeducational programs, including Anger Management, Parenting Education, Adulting 101, Workplace Performance, Communication Skills, and Adolescent Success programs. Her experience working with individuals, families, groups, and organizations has provided valuable insight into the factors that influence personal growth, team effectiveness, and organizational performance.

Cassandra earned an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice (Summa Cum Laude), a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude), and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy (Summa Cum Laude). She is also a Certified Anger Management Specialist-I (CAMS-I) and has completed Advanced Leadership and Executive Leadership programs through the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
